Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Some areas of the Site use third-party software facilities such as PayPal. Please note that, data storage on Paypal systems, and the communication between Paypal and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. Payments
Kimberley Care accepts payment by Credit/Debit Card using the facilities of Paypal. Kimberley Care fully complies with all security and data protection requirements as specified by Paypal. Payment will only be accepted over the telephone and cannot be taken Face to Face. All services are completed prior to an invoice being raised for the cost. Payment terms are 14days from date of invoice.

Cancellation Policy
As outlined in the contract of services you receive from Kimberley Care, no charges are applicable if you notify the company of any cancellations giving at least 24hours notice. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice full charges will apply.

Refund Policy
Kimberley Care does not charge or any services until they have been completed and confirmed by the Client. However, if you feel you have been charged for a service that has not been completed please contact the office within 30 days of the service being supplied. If Kimberley Care has charged you incorrectly a refund will be issued within 14days of verification and a letter confirming this will also be sent.
